Textile.Automation for spinning, weaving and processing mills.

Automation for spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing — where speed control and uptime decide output.

    Problems we solve

Where textile plants lose time and money.

    • 01

Machines running at fixed speed waste power

VFDs on fans, pumps and humidification plant match speed to demand and cut energy use.

    • 02

Breaks and speed variation between sections

PLC-based speed synchronisation and tuned drives keep lines running smoothly.

    • 03

Dust shortens drive and panel life

Panels designed with the right IP rating, filtered ventilation and heat management for fibre dust.

    • 04

No visibility of production and energy

SCADA and remote monitoring for machine status, energy and alarms.

    FAQ

    Textile questions.

    All FAQs
Can VFDs be retrofitted to running textile machines?
Usually yes. Drives are added during a planned shutdown and tuned on the running machine; motor nameplate data and the load type decide the drive selection.
Do you supply panels for humidification and utility plants?
Yes — MCC and VFD panels for humidification, compressors, pumps and other textile utilities.
