We only collect what we need to respond to you and to run this website:

• Enquiry form: name, phone number, email, company (optional), requirement type, project location, urgency and your message.
• Direct contact: details you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
• Website usage (only if you accept Analytics cookies): pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, collected by Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.
• Advertising measurement (only if you accept Marketing cookies): whether a visit from a Google ad led to an enquiry.
• Technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability (IP address, request time).

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, passwords, health or biometric data through this website.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide the services or products you request.
• To provide after-sales support, service visits and related communication.
• To keep records required by law (for example tax and accounting records).
• To keep the website secure and, with your consent, to understand how it is used and improve it.
• With your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (Section 6, DPDP Act 2023) — for example when you tick the consent box on the enquiry form or accept optional cookies — and for legitimate uses permitted by Section 7, such as responding to information you have voluntarily provided for a specific purpose and complying with the law. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

We share personal data only with service providers (Data Processors) who help us operate, under contract and only for the purposes above:

• Web3Forms — delivers enquiry-form submissions to our email inbox.
• Our email service provider — stores enquiry emails and correspondence.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics and Google Ads (only with your consent) and Google Maps on the contact page (only when you choose to load the map).
• Vercel Inc. — hosts this website and keeps short-term technical logs.
• Meta / WhatsApp — only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp; WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.

We may also disclose data where required by law, a court order or a government authority.

Some of the providers above may store or process data outside India. We only use such transfers as permitted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act 2023 and choose providers with appropriate security safeguards.

• Enquiries and correspondence: up to 3 years after our last interaction, or longer where a business relationship or the law (for example tax records) requires it.
• Analytics data: retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
• Consent records: for as long as needed to demonstrate your consent.

When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

We follow reasonable security practices under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the 2011 Rules, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission, access limited to staff who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected persons and the Data Protection Board of India of a personal data breach as required by law.

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you have the right to:

• obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated;
• have your data erased when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw consent (subject to legal retention);
• withdraw consent at any time — for cookies use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, otherwise email us;
• have your grievance addressed, and nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
